How much time should we allow for miniature golf?

No photopass opps. It is probably about 1-1.5 hours per course depending on how many people are there at the same time.

We did the winter course at WinterSummerland last year (highly recommend it!) and I think it took us around 1 1/2 hours. That was with 4 adults and 2 kids, so a smaller group would be quicker. My sister got the high score for the day and got a certificate and her name on the leader board, which the kids thought was really cool. And the kids got souvenir golf balls for no cost. It was our first Disney mini-golf experience and it won't be our last! And no, no photopass photographers in sight. Take a camera!

Go a little early. The wait time can be longer than the time to play. When we were there last summer sometimes it was up to 2 hours to get on the course.

Most take about an hour and a half to complete. You may want to call before going to see how busy it is. Once there was an hour wait (you need to get a tee time) for Fantasia Gardens when we were there. We didn't wait and went elsewhere.

The exception is if you play Fantasia Fairways course. It is a long course and takes a little longer, maybe another half hour or so. It was fun to do, especially since it is different than most others, just plan a little extra time.

When are you going? I think it depends on the season and the weather. We were there in August and late afternoon and early evening were very busy. We went mid day (hot, but less crowded) or maybe 7PM and it wasn't too bad. I remember in October a few years ago it was busier during the day since the weather was better at that time.

You can call and ask them. They have a pretty good idea on busy periods vs. best time for short waits.

We did the winter course last year and the summer course this year. Loved them both! No photopass, but some great places to take pictures yourselves. Both times we got there for when they opened at 10:00 and just planned a later arrival at the park that day. It took our family of four about an hour to finish. But there was absolutely no wait at all at that time. The regular price to play is about $14 and you only get two passes. So for our family it was still $28, even with free passes.

We LOVED the winterland/summerland courses by Blizzard Beach. They were so unique, at least to us but we are not that we are big of mini-golfers. We do always play mini-golf at Disney. We also enjoyed the Fantasia courses which is a close walk from the Swan. We will probably hit them all next trip.
