We are staying BWV..
Our flight lands at MCO at 1:19pm..
Our 1st FP is 4p-5p (Epcot)..
How much time will we save using a car service vs taking ME??
We will have only carry-on so no waiting at baggage claim..

30ish minutes.

You won't have any problem making your fastpass if you use DME.

If you land on-time at 1:20, you should be off the plane and at the gate by 1:30. That gets you to BWVs around 3...at the latest. Well, unless something very unexpected happens. If you use a car service, with carry-on bags only, you should be at BWVs around 2:15-2:30. The best time I have had with carry-on only and a car service was 45 mins. Most times it was closer to 55 mins.
You'll have no issue getting to Epcot in time.
