How much time per park?

Hi all, I haven't been to Disney in ages and am so thrilled to be going there for my honeymoon!!!!! I am planning our days and wondered what you all thought re: how much time it takes to get through each park (at a relaxing pace)? How many days for Epcot and so on and so forth?

MK & Epcot 2 days each, Studios 1 day, AK 1 day or less. We can now do a day at MK, 1.5 at Epcot, and Studios/AK in 1 day. We have come to enjoy DTD and the resorts about as much as the parks.

We split our days up so it is very hard to say. We start in one park until noon then hop back to the hotel than hop to another park and then end up in DTD. We have been so many times that now we just go on our favorites and skip the rest. We also like to enjoy the resort a little more. I think for us that is the best way to truly enjoy disney. My DH also likes to skip a day and go golfing or rent boats or something not in the parks at all. I think you truly need atleast 7 days to relax and fit it all in. Good Luck. Happy Vacationing.

On our last trip we did MK in a day and returned to do some favorites a second time. Take some time after the park closes to walk down a less crowded Main Street and watch the kiss goodnight from the castle. There is just something about walking around the park at night that is so relaxing and makes you feel like a kid.

AK one day, we had time so we went back and enjoyed just strolling around the park Take a walk around the path that goes under the near the bottom of the tree, it is soooooo beautiful at sunset or just after, a little romantic also.

MGM less than a day.

EPCOT at least 2 days. Take time to really explore World Showcase the countries are so amazing and have lots of “hidden” places.

DTD – as long as it takes!!!! LOL

Take some time to meet characters and get some autographs they have as much fun with us grown up kids as the little ones!!!
