How much storage in the Disney Rental strollers?

We're planning to rent a double - is there a basket or anything underneath for a tote bag?

There is no storage underneath. There are small mesh pockets on the back that may accomodate water bottles, ponchos, etc but won't hold a backpack or tote bag.

Not much storage. We usually throw the backpack on the top of the stroller. Sometimes we get a double and DS likes to ride with the backpack next to him so he can nap on it.
