How much should you tip?

If we (2 adults & 2 children) use a Town-car (such as Tiffany) to go from MCO to Downtown Disney, how much we tip for each leg of the trip?

We charge the ride and tip $10 cash each way.

I do $10 each way and add another $5 if I make a grocery stop.
