How much of the parks can the resorts fill?

From Pete's parking near rant-

If the WDW resorts are completely full, (32-33k rooms- I assume a two bedroom suite counts as two rooms), approximately what percentage of the four main parks and two water parks capacity would this take up?

I'm guessing the average number of guest per room is 3.

I've heard Magic Kingdom maxes out at 100,000 people on peak busy times so if I do your math of 3 persons per room with 33,000 hotel rooms they can all cram into a maxed out Magic Kingdom,thus leaving nobody in DHS,EPCOT,AK or the water parks.
