How much of a delay if your ressie is afer 7:30 p.m.?

Hi - in your experience, how backed up do restaurants get when ressies are after 7:30? We have a couple of ressies early, and about three at 7:40 p.m. during free dining. I know a lot depends upon the restaurant and the day, but was curious about general observations. Thx bunches!

Oh boy! That is hard to say. I waited 1 hour for a 7pm 1900 Park Fare ressie, a half hour for a 7:30pm 1900 Park Fare ressie (different vacation) and over an hour for a 7pm Chef Mickey's ressie.

Those two have been my only considerable waits. All others have been right on time---California Grill, WCC, Cape May, OHanas, CRT.......

Oh wait, we did have an hour wait at Tony's Town Square----that's because they never "put us on the list" after we checked in. So people kept coming in and getting seated while we sat there. Not much fun.
