I have the opposite situation. I am one of three men in a group of about twenty accountants. The last I heard, the percentage of college students in accounting is about 60-65% female.

And also it was nice that they provided them all with matching vest for the occasion. What all the dapper young photogs are wearing this season! Wonder if it will start a new trend or make it cool again to wear a vest?

looks like mickey 88 has been right all along about the vests but i wanna know how that man with the little p&s got right up in the first row above the box..and is he embarrassed by his equipment since he isn't taking a photo?

Wow--I'm surprised you're so outnumbered in an accounting department, though come to think of it my undergrad is in business and I do recall a lot of female accounting students. I'm an attorney. If the women don't outnumber the men in law schools yet, it's close, but in private law firms we're still in the minority, especially in the upper echelons (where I'm not, as I've recently returned to work on a very part time basis after being home with the kids for a few years).

I always thought being a sports photographer would be a pretty cool gig. Maybe I should've pursued that instead!

there are 75-100 photogs in the box (a very quick count), and if we can see that each one has about 15,000 in equip that we can see, 1.5 mil.

So how about all of those backup cameras, extra lenes and laptops. It would not surprise me if it was over 2.5mil

you beat me to it, I was going to say look at all My Geek friends...

what's really bad is he is wearing the bright yellow hat to draw attention to himself, anyone who has ever tried taking a pic with a baseball hat on knows it's better to turn it around backwards.

It almost looks as if he's been placed there, to look foolish, as punishment.

vests are standard for all major sporting events, occassionally you can find a superbowl vest for sale on ebay,

the vests make it easier to quickly identify people with credentials to be on the sidelines or in the photo section..


and it's not just all the dapper young photogs...

Yeah I hear ya! I have a tan one that has lots of cool pockets and the mesh vented back but it still gets hot here in FL.

And yes about the hats I need one to keep the sun off my dome but its has to be on backwards so I can use the camera.
