How much longer should I wait?

I phoned and ordered La Nouba tickets on May 2nd. That's 12 working days. They're not here yet and I'm positive when I bought them that the girl told me she was adding a shipping charge and sending them to me. Do you think I should be patient a little longer or do you think it warrants a phone call by now?
