how much longer after the parks close do the restaurants stay open?

We have a PS at 50's Prime Time Cafe at 7:10pm and the Disney website has MGM closing at 7:00pm. Will we be rushed to finish our dinner? We're a party of 6 so I'm figuring it'll take us an hour to finish dinner, depending on how busy the servers are and all. Our plan for the day is to stay at AK until close, head over to MGM to see the Osborne Lights and then have dinner. We don't mind eating late so that's not a concern, I just don't like to feel rushed.

Every experience is different, but I've never felt rushed! I love eating after the park closes and then leaving while the park is empty! It's such a neat feeling!

We have eaten at the Sci-Fi after closing and didn't feel rushed. On the night you are going what time is Fantasmic? Some nights it begins an hour before closing, and some nights it begins at closing. You could be caught in the stampede of people leaving Fantasmic if it doesn't start until 7:00.
