I am wondering where I stand in the mortgage payment arena. When I say mortgage payment - I mean principal, interest & escrows (taxes, hazard ins) all included. :teacher: This is our only debt, but it is a BIGGIE (to me)...$2150. Anyone else mind getting personal? ;)

$1049 for us and that includes it all. However, we've outgrown our current home and the neighborhood isn't so great, so we are looking to move by the end of this year. Then, we are looking at $2000, everything included, or maybe a bit more. (Can i vent and say how annoyed I am that home values nearly doubled in the past 2 years here? Thanks, I feel better)
I'll be anxious to see what others are paying.

Not that it really counts, we don't escrow our taxes and hazard insurance. If we did, we'd be over $3500 per month, we also have a 15 year loan.

$970.00 including PMI, Homeowners and Prop Tax.

Wow! Where do you live? Maybe I should move?!

Our rent for our "lovely" 2 br apt. is more than that! Gotta love S. Florida.

$902.00 including everything. I can't imagine having to come up with some of those huge mortage payments. I make just under $100K and can't think how I would stretch my take home pay to cover the larger payments. But maybe it's because I'm a single Dad and you guys have double incomes.

We pay our own insurance and taxes so we don't escrow. We pay $3000 without those.

Just wanted to say hello...... Where all have you looked?

We pay $1980 which includes everything. This is 4 times higher than what I was paying 1 yr ago.

We pay $1300 a month with PMI, Escrow, and Insurance on a 15 yr loan which will be paid for in 9 more years. :cool1:

We have a 2800 sf house and have thought about moving but to do so in the same area we are now we would be into a 30 yr mortgage between $2200 and $2700 a month and we are just waay to cheap.

$0 -- we paid cash for our house

Kidding :teeth: :teeth: :teeth:
Damn! You beat me to it!! :rotfl2:

Little over $1500 for us.

We pay $1054 a month (incl taxes not insurance) for our 10.2 acres with an 1800 sq ft home. That is a big enough payment for us.

1034 for everything. Not too bad for a 2400sqft home. The only thing I wish is that it was in a city. I am not much of a country girl.

$2167 - including homeowners insurance, NOT taxes.

$1450 including HOA, insurance, etc for a 1200 sq ft. townhome.

$650 a month...

However, we are in an 800 sq. ft. house with no basement and no garage with two adults, two kids, two cats and toys to the rafters!

We had a house built last year, but the deal fell through...then I got cold feet about tripling our mortgage, so we are still here. I think we've decided to stay in this house until both kids are in school (3 years) and I go back to work. It's a tight squeeze, but I like the comfort of knowing we aren't overextended living on one income.

We live just outside Boston...where prices are crazy...we pay a tad over $5k...it's just the way it is around here...and we are single income! But DH is his own boss so no fear of getting laid off!
