3 park days
The Disney portion up front is $2700.00
Transportation budget: $500

1 day at Universal/IOA for my Harry Potter fans: $1500
Incidentals and gift cards for the kids: $500

So, it's roughly a $6K trip. Which is insane. We could probably travel Europe for a week on the same budget.

Great thread. It is actually a little therapeutic. We are going for 14 nights Nov-Dec 2017. Staying at the AKL in a standard room. Four people (2 adults and 2 children under 9). Cost for room, 10 day tickets with PH, memory maker, and Disney insurance: $7,788.90. This also includes the DDP (free). Add Canadian exchange rate (around 37%): $10, 670. 79 (Canadian). Add $1500 for plane tickets and $1,000 for tips/souvenirs. Total $13, 170.79. So, this is about $235.19 (Canadian) per person, per day.

12-21 to 12-30 Animal Kingdom Lodge.
2 Adults 2 Children
8 day park hoppers/Free Dining- $7360
Christmas Party and Dessert Party - $650ish
Additional planned Spending money for tips, drinks, OOP meals, and souvenirs- $1200

Total $9210.

I am building up gift cards on swagbucks, wal mart savings catcher and Credit card rewards up to around $300 right now will use that to pay off what we charge to the room for tips, drinks, etc.

9 people (4 adults, 3 "Disney adults", and 2 kids) staying offsite for 8 nights at Windsor Hills (house rental = $1872)
2 rental cars for week - $600
4 day park tickets - $3300
MVMCP - $800
OOP dining - estimating at about $2000 for the week

Total without airfare or souvenirs....$8600 or $136 per person per day

Adding in spending money and airfare, closer to around $12,300 total or $195 per person per day

2 Adults and one 15 y.o. (taking 2nd 15 y.o. whose parents paid separately);

8 nights Boulder Ridge studio (rented points): $2160
8 day PH (pre-2017 price increase): $1374
no DP; budgeting $60/day ea for meals: $1440
Memory Maker: $150
used Disney Chase rewards for airline costs
total 8 days/nights/food/PH for 3 = $5124 (~$214/day ea)

(subject to adjustment for tips and souvenirs)

Me and my 16 year old twins and my adult niece but I listed costs only for myself and kids and we are paying for the room. She is paying her own food and tickets

7 night GF club level SL with AP 35% discount $3603.67 for 8/5-13
1 AP $829.64
2 7-day park hoppers $1,033.06

Room and passes total $5,466.37
Less Disney Visa Rewards $4,600 makes my out of pocket $866.37!!!

Budgeting for food and drinks, etc $2,000 ($250 for 8 days) already have $1900 in gift cards
Tables in Wonderland Card $150
Searaycers $96
GF Cabana $318.44
AK Tour $620
