How much is your 2016 Disney vacation going to cost you?

So far we have 10 days/9 nights booked at ASM preferred room with 8 day park hopper tickets and memory maker
total cost $2663.25
Rental car $360

We decided against the dining plan but are waiting for April to see if the free dining is offered. I am budgeting $5000 total for the stay, food, gas, shopping, and the rental car, but not going to be big deal if we go over... Although i think the $2000 for food/gas/shopping will be fine.. This is for 2 adults and a 3 year old. Saving some money by buying Target disney giftcards and putting them towards my stay saves 5%, not a ton but anything helps lol!

There will be 4 adults and an 8 year old. February 20-27.

The PSD package for 7 nights (6day hoppers and upgraded to regular dining plan) with 2 rooms at AS Sports was a little over 5500 including memory maker.

Airfare from Richmond was 1300 (we went MLK week of 2014 and it was only a little over 500 so we were disappointed to not find a better deal).

We will be driving from Pittsburgh to Richmond where my nephew lives. So a hotel the night before, the night we come back, food those days and gas I figure will end up being around 600.

Not really sure how much spending we will do. Will probably have a few hundred in tips alone. Then add some extras (we aren't huge on souvenirs so that won't be too expensive but I do like a few drinks a day) I figure it'll be around 8200.

Funny how quick it adds up. I thought we got off well with the PSD but then factoring everything else in it gets quite expensive. Oh well. 2014 was my first time there in 15 years so we wanted to go back soon. We are thinking that this may be our last time there for a little while (maybe 5 years). We do love it but it's not something we can end up affording every couple years.

7 Nights at Yacht Club with 3 non- park hopper tickets $4100
Airfare from CT for $300
Food and souvenir budget $600
Total: $5100 April 13-20..

I received s unique offer code and received a 30% discount for the Yacht Club

(Now that I wrote this- makes me kind of wish we were going to an all-inclusive on Cancun or a Luxury cruise- but this is a trip with other family members so our April 2016 plans are set)

14 nights at CSR with free QSDP, free $200 gift card, free memory maker and 14 Day Ultimate Tickets (which allow park hopping and the water parks and more stuff) for two adults: £2558 (roughly $3865.50 at current exchange rate).

Direct (London Gatwick to MCO) Flights for two adults: £1938 after £200 discount from Avios Points (roughly $2928 at current exchange rate).

Souvenir budget will depend on how much I save in my money box, and I don't know how many OOP meals we'll need to pay for as we've not got to the ADR booking stage yet.

Two adults for 3 nights in Little Mermaid Room at AoA with 2 day tickets and Dining Plan $1,277
Run Disney Wine and Dine Registration Fee and Chear Squad approximately $250
Additional Drinks/Snacks approximately $75 each so $150
Wine tasting $15 each so $30
Souvenirs approximately $100 each so $200
Flights from AL to Orlando approximately $225 each so $450

Total: approximately $2,350

Anticipated savings towards costs:
Disney rewards from Disney Visa approximately $75
Free flight from credit card points approximately $225

So really an anticipated total of $2,050

Wow who are you flying with? Your flights are quite dear. I'm doing the same trip and ours were less than £1000 for the 2 of us. Oh, I suppose time of year would make the difference too :)

Crazy to see this all posted together :earseek: This is our first big family trip we've ever taken, and while we splurged on some things, I did my best to find the cheapest routes for everything. 9 of us total-7 adults and 2 "disney adults" (14 and 10)

Going January 4th-9th:

5 nights in a 2bdr standard suite at AKL-Kidani: $2,086 (rented DVC points)
Roundtrip airfare from Detroit to Orlando: $1,243.62 (138.18pp)
Park tickets (no hopper/extras; 3 3-day tix, 4 5-day tix, 2 6-day tix): $2,801.91 (UT)
Restaurant dining (5 TS reservations, not everyone is eating at all of them): $1,182.29
Extra food (garden grocer, shipments from home, QS, snacks etc): ~$500?
Car rental (TBD with KSS): $133.40 (2 days)
Kennedy Space Station (TBD is we are still going, not everyone will go): $250-$340
Souvenirs/Extras: $300 (everybody is paying their own way on this part so this is a really rough estimate)

Total: ~$8,587.22 ($8,113.82 without car/KSS)

Note: Our family does not eat much at all. Some of us may have a light snack for breakfast in the room but otherwise the one big TS meal each day will fill us up pretty well. We will also have the full kitchen and can cook any smaller meals in the room. This actually didn't turn out as bad as I was expecting. :goodvibes

This is my birthday trip and pretty much our last hurrah because we're in the process of looking for a house and planning to have kids in the near future.

We're staying 3 weeks overall in May with an adult family of 4, in a 2-Bedroom Villa at Saratoga Springs.

We're paying Disney £11,936.42 - this includes our return flights from the UK directly into MCO (~£1,987.84), a 4-night Cruise on the Dream (~£2,448.58), our 16-night stay at Saratoga (~£5,952.00), 14 day tickets for our time at WDW (~£1,232.00) & our port transfers (~£176.00). We're also getting the free dining plan with our booking.
We have to stay 1 night after our arrival flights before the cruise at ASMusic - £234.00.
Universal/SeaWorld/Gatorland tickets - £1,004.00.
Car hire - £251.44.

All together we are paying £13,493.90 for everything included. Have been enough times to not spend really anything on stuff when there.
At current exchange rates - $20,388.61.
Jeez...And to think a friend of mine was gobsmacked at what I'm paying also from UK..However your vacation sounds awesome....Memories last forever...
