How much is CRT breakfast? It was 34 and 23 now showing 47 and 30? Did it go up that much??? We are going end of Sept can anyone confirm pricing?

I noticed the price has crept up since I made my adr's almost 3 mos ago & AllEars has it at $47.23. Might have to call to get an exact confirmed price? I doubt I'll OOP for that much & prob don't want to use 2 TS either, I'll just have to see.:confused3

Ok. I guess I will call Disney tomorrow. That is a crazy amount to jump up. We were going to pay OOP. Now I am not sure if we should go at all but my DD's are really looking forward to it. I wish it would have been announced. When I made my ADR's it was much cheaper. You would hope they would give some warning.

Yeah, I saw that 47.23 too and thought it was absolutely crazy. For gosh sakes, its by far about the most expensive dinner at disney and its not even that great food wise. I think Disney is definitely taking advantage of people on this one...shame on them! You get the same thing at Akershus, but better food and more princess time and its close to 60% less money. This will be the last time at CRT for us and we're only going cause my ds wanted to eat inside the castle one time (dd did it last trip but he didn't get to go...).

Here's a little info...
Adults $47.23
Children 3-9 $31.05
Price includes tax and gratuity

Holiday Pricing May Apply During Specific Times of the Year

You MUST Make Reservations in Advance!

Admission into the Magic Kingdom is required.

That's sound right. DH and I ate lunch there in June. The food was excellent. It was well worth the price. The service was also outstanding! It's a much better value than pricey restaurants where we live. We will certainly do this again.

right for an all up cost. We did the lunch in June (with seasonal pricing) and the total for two kids and two adults was a little over $170.

I wonder how much of the confusion is because of the way Disney charges for CRT and the websites trying to reflect that. I have seen several posts over the years where people have seen the cost on a site and were surprised when the price quoted on the phone or showing up in their CC as higher.

In the original post the two figures are very different. We had lunch at CRT in 2006, 2007 and 2009. The price has gone up some but nothing like the comparison of the two numbers in the post. I think one is the pre tax and gratuity price and the other is inclusive of these but may not be inclusive of seasonal charges.

I posted a simliar question. I booked breakfast at CRT for 4 adults and 2 kids the Monday of Thanksgiving week. The total I was charged was 263.04. I was surprised as this is higher than I was expecting. It seems like it is close to 50 per adult and 32 per kid. I am sure there is holiday pricing that week, but for breakfast!!!! I wonder how much dinner is now!!

We have a lunch booked in October, and the price breakdown showed $39.97 for adults, and $25.97 for kids, before tip and tax. My understanding is that breakfast is $1-2 cheaper per person.

I just did a fake booking, and found that for breakfast at the end of October, it is $36.97 for adults and $24.97 for kids. They apparently add an automatic 14% gratuity, and the tax is 6.5%. This makes it approximately $44.55 for adults and $30.09 for kids.

When they first went to the picture plan, paid in advance, about four years ago, the tip was calculated as 18% of that portion of the price excluding the part that paid for the picture. Since prices have changed over and over since then, it's hard to say how it's now calculated.

I did a "test reservation" a week or so ago, and for that time, the price per adult was $44.80, all-inclusive. This was outside of the holiday surcharge time window.

Ok so I am now really confused. I am trying to decide what to pay oop. I will have two kids and 2 adults but techinically we are a party of 5 since my youngest is under 3. So the total will include the tax and tip at approximately $44 for adults? Anyone know how much it might be for kids? Is this something I can call and ask them to actually verify or do I have to wait till we are there? It is just a lot of money and I would like to figure out if we should do it! I guess if it includes the tax and tip it is not as bad as I thought. I thought it waws saying 47 without the tax and tip.

Food-mediocre.
We go there for the princesses, and the castle.

1) You can see differing opinions.
2) EVen the critics rate the food at CRT as mediocre.
3) You are buying the castle and the characters, not the food quality.
4) If you want good foos, there are far better choices for the same money.

Holy cow. I think I may be taking CRT off the plan for our next trip in Dec.
dd1 will be 10, ds 9 and DD2 8 so it will be about $220 for breakfast and not sure how excited my girls will be for the princesses my oldest is already a Diva and has no desire to really see them, or so she says now.

It looks like it will be $44.80 for the adults, and something just over $30 for the kids, so a total of ~$149-$150 for all 5 of you, including tax, tip, and photo. There is no charge for the under 3, and he/she can eat from the communal family-style food for free.
