How Much is Buggy Hire?

Can anyone tell me how much it is to hire a buggy at DLP? Last year we took our own but it got stolen whilst we were eating in Cafe Mickey so DH is a bit paranoid about taking our own this year and wondering if it's ridiculously expensive.

8€ a day, I think that's the latest price, and then you pay a deposit of around 70€ which allows you to take it from 1 park to the other.

Depending on how long you are going for might be cheaper to buy a 2nd hand one from a charity shop say or a really cheap model and not worry if it got stolen

Anyway - we're going for the first time in September and couldn't decide whether to hire a pushchair - in the end we just bought a cheap one from Kiddicare (£19.99 + delivery)

I remember you posting about the theft, was just thinking of it the other day as our DSs new buggy arrived (he needed a new one as I hate pushing the one he has and ahem hem unfortunately a bar snapped on it lately ). Had DLP in mind while shopping for the new one and was hoping not to have the same experience as you especially as I love it so much. The last one was a pain and this ones fab.

Got a cheap Petite Star Zia (refurbed and immaculate) from the net for €60 inc delivery and its fantastic. I would definately just bring your own stroller or buy one cheap. I think you'd be safe bringing your own one this time - lightening cant strike twice, that would just be lousy bad luck.

The rental strollers are awful. You'd be better off buying a cheap one from a supermarket or somewhere for £20.

We're just going to take our own buggy. when the last one got stolen we bought a second hand one from a friend so it's not an expensive one.

Only 14 weeks to go.
