How much is a extra bun???

I read a great tip where people order a double cheeseburger with a extra bun....now on Allearsnet it says those burger fry combos are about $7 - $8, but I can't find out how much the extra bun is....not a big deal just curious??

I believe that they charge a dollar for an extra bun.

Instead of ordering an extra bun, just order a double burger and cut it in half. Condiments and other toppings are on the side, so each will get what they want and a full burger without the cost of the extra bun.

I could see if you want to share with a child but since the true saving is only about $3.50 I just don't see it. Plus for the extra $3.50 you do get extra fries. At Cosmic Ray's fries are a big thing because they offer cheese sauce.

For us the amount of fries that you get with just one meal is PLENTY for both of us. We don't even want to be tempted by more fries.

And I don't really like cutting the double burger in half---something about that much meat in every bite is just not as good.

It was perfect for us. We both has a "full" sandwich. DS got the side with the cheese and I got the plain which I filled with mushrooms and onions. Dh got a single and with two orders we has enough fries. We also split a x-large drink and asked for two more cups. Greeted with smiles and sure!

At the Village Haus in DL, I got my extra bun for free. I was expecting to pay around $1 for it or something like that, but when I got the reciept, I wasn't charged for it at all. Not sure if it was just a mistake by the CM or not though.
