erm, well if it helps everytime I go to disney, I get on fine and I can't speak a word of french, just english.
This is just a guess but I think a lot of them do speak english as well as the european languages (french, german, spanish, etc) and some others can sign.
So basically, you don't need to really know any french, and if you come across a french CM on a ride asking you how many people there are, just use fingers as its much quicker and easier

As others have said you will be fine. A little merci and sil vous plait though will go a long way
It is nice to know a little basic French, though you won't need much to get by (or really, any). But "Bon Jour", "Sil Vous Plat", "Merci" and "Au Revoir" (hopefully I spelled them right!) will help a lot. The French language is a very polite one.
