Hello,

I have a family of 4 (2 adults and a 10 and 5 year old). We are staying in a one bedroom Villa at Saratoga Springs Resort. We have a full kitchen, so we do intend on buying food for breakfast and an occasional lunch. How much should I count on spending for lunches and dinners at the park each day (with a snack or two)? I am afraid I won't be bringing enough money for food. This is our first trip to WDW and we want to be prepared. Thanks!

I have a family of 4 as well. My kids are 11 and 8. When we stayed a week at Disney last year we ate breakfast in our villa and had either lunch or dinner at the parks with a snack later on as well. Disney food isn't cheap and I think we ended up getting pretty close to that $100.00 each day. Of course you can lower that some by sharing meals but we all like to get our own even if we can finish it. :)

Try looking at menus from all the parks here:

The list of parks and resorts will be on your left.

You can get menus and prices at both CS and TS places around the "world"....also alot of the snack carts are here too. This might also give you an idea of where you might want to go in each park. :)

Also, if you think you'll be spending more than $38/day for the adults and $12??) day for the kids, then you might want to consider the dining plan(this includes an 18% gratuity, which can be quite a bit if you have to pay it yourself..it adds up)
