How much for an extra day?

So I need some help!

We are going from a Sunday and returning Friday. We have always done DDT and the boutique Sunday afternoon/evening. However with the flights I have looked at it doesn't look that way.....

I can do Jetblue and get in late evening (Sunday).

I think we can arrive on Saturday for the same price, however that means 1 more day added to our trip.

We wouldn't do parks, so it would just be hotel plus dining plan costs (2 adults and 2 children). Any ideas on what we are looking at for price?

I know the prices change for 2009, but a ball park estimate would be great! This will help me decide to purchase the tickets leaving out Saturday or Sunday!

Depends where you are staying.

What you can do is go on the Disney website and pretend to book a new package with the dates you want.

I assume adding one additional night at your resort will cost about the same rate as what you are paying for the other nights. Which resort are you booked at??

And the dining plan for a family of 4 for one day will be about $100. (depending on the ages of your kids)

If you can tell us the name of your resort that would really help. :)

Can you even get the dining plan if you don't have a ticket for that day? Wouldn't you have to do a room only separate reservation if you don't want to get a ticket? Or is that only for free dining?

If the extra day is an extension of a current reservation that included the DDP, then I would expect you could get the plan for the extra day. BTW, you only need a one-day ticket as part of your room package to qualify for the DDP over the entire stay.

Yep, the dining plan is tied to the # of nights on the reservation, not the ticket days.
