How much for a Wii Fit?

I know nothing about the Wii fit. My son just came out and asked for one (finishing up his shopping tonight) but I have no clue about these. How much do they normally cost and are there any on sale anywhere? Are there certain things you have to get to make it work?

Only thing you need to have in advance is an actual Wii system.

I just got a wii fit from a dear dear friend - and I LOVE IT!!! I seriously do!!! We just have the game that game with the wii fit Plus but I want to see what else is out there... but so far its AWESOME - my DD5 loves it as much as I do

I have the Wii Fit, mine was $89.99. I am getting the Wii Fit Plus for Christmas, I'm excited!

Wii Fit Plus includes the games that come with Wii Fit, that might be something to keep in mind. It's also much easier to switch between people on Wii Fit Plus than the older Wii Fit and you can customize your workout on the newer version. No matter which version you decide on, make sure to get the one that includes the balance board, not just the game. My DD loves the game that's similar to Wipeout on tv, she can play that for hours.

The balance board is good for some other games too, so it's not just used for Wii Fit or Wii Fit Plus.

Not sure what area you're in, but if you have a MEijer store, I just got the Wii Fit Plus w/ Balance Board for $99.97, and used a $20.00 Santa Bucks cpn to bring it down to $79.97.

I haven't been able to find a better deal recently, but maybe someone else has.
