LOL... I think this is one of those things I'm better off not knowing or it would spoil.... all I need to know is -too much fat!- so I keep it to a minimum.
Okay I peeked and it was scary. Then I remembered I only eat those items in moderation. I can't even remember the last time I had a fast food burger, or even a chicken sandwich. We don't eat fast food very often.

I did peek at Wendy's, because when I get hungry for "fast food" I usually try to stick with a salad and I've been hooked on Wendy's mandarin chicken salad for awhile now but was always curious to know exactly how many calories/fat were in one. Not too bad at 590, even with the 250 calorie dressing.
Maybe next time I'll try the fat free french and I'll save 170 calories!
What a cool site, I admit, I don't want to know, but maybe when I'm feeling a bit brave (say, after doing an hour of cardio and 45 mins. of weight training at the gym ), I'll take a bigger peek
