let me see which coupons i will not be using. i can give some to you on the coupons i don't plan to use.

Oh I wasnt asking you to give me your coupons! LOL I'm sorry. Thanks for the offer, maybe someone that doesnt have AAA. AP, FanClub can get better use of them. I dont think there were any that benefited us. Maybe the Jakes one, cant remember if they gave us a discount using any of our cards last time.

Thanks again :)

I just priced a 5 night stay at HRH for the end of August. For two adults and one child, in a standard room, with airfare, car rental and tickets, but not including meals, it was around $2000.

Thta total sounds very reasonable! Good price!

My total was $2028 - family of 5, including 5 nights at HRH (deluxe room), airfare and tickets. We were lucky and got "deals" on everything - Universal tickets purchased during kids free promotion, mc 5th night free on hotel, and sw air $39/one way. We have to drive 2 hours to take advantage of the airfare, but the cheapest option from here was over $1000 higher, so it's not a big deal at all!

Thats an amazing total rate for 5 of you! For 6 days no less, very good! You did your homework! Good job. :teacher:

Yep, I'm pleased. :teeth:
I decided to add a few days on at the end, so we're not flying home until 6/9. We had talked about going to the beach, but have just about decided to stay put, maybe move to RPR or PBH. I love the look of Royal Pacific, and HK has it at $179/nite during that time, so I may go with it. Any suggestions? My boys are 6,9 and 15.

We don't have AAA and I am a single parent traveling with two young sons. If anyone has any of the coupons that they have not used in the past or will not be using I would greatly appreciate them. Also, HANNAHOUSE, what are the dates you are going??? Great deals.....but I am having trouble finding any for July.

June 1-6. I used the Mastercard 5th night free deal, and also applied the $50 entertainment coupon. We have decided to stay a little longer, and are moving to RPR 6/6 thru 6/9, and I booked those rooms thru hotel kingdom at $190/night.

april 20th - 27th 198.90/nite AP rate Royal Pacific Standard Room= 1400
tickets 1 preferred annual pass at 179.00
and three bonus passes at 100 each = 480

Total 1880

Side note

These dates coincide with Last weeks of Mardi Gras, so some dates are more money than usual. However, I could have gotten last three nites at 139 if I was willing to switch rooms.

I feel like mine is quite expensive, my stay that is but here is what I have ...let me know if you think i am paying too much and what to do if so....HELP. We are a family of 6 so I am needing to rooms....we started out at Hard Rock but now have switched just as of today to RPR. my rate for 5 nights, for two standard rooms is $2721.16....that is on the Stay & Play Plan with a 7 day park pass (only need 5) and 4 free tickets into the parks. does this sound high? it sounds extremely high to me, but then I am having to get two rooms...any thoughts?!?!?!?

what are your dates you will be there?
that alone can justify the higher costs.

my dates are May 31 - June 5, 2005 at the Royal Pacific Resort. this is my first time going to Universal and am just having a hard time justifying that price but i do have a large family....so any help or suggestions would be great.

i just went to the rph site and put your dates in.
it states unavailable which leads me to believe one of two things:
hotel completely booked for some of those days (guessing memorial day) or a block has been previously booked by a travel company but will be released back to the public if not sold at a certain time. (usually 3 weeks prior)

since you only need a five day pass, buy the special they have on now.
you buy a two day two park pass and get three more days free.
i think that would be $105 per ticket.

book the room with any code you have. AAA, ENT, SEN, AP
if you don't have any, request the basic garden view to save $$.
i looked up the rates for a friend last month for june and the rate they got was about $129 per night w/o codes.

when i get the message, dates not available, i plug in dates separately to see which dates will the hotel be full.

just sent you a pm! also, someone just posted elsewhere about the portofino suites - they can hold 6 people - that may be cheaper than 2 seperate rooms.
