How much does WDW come up in your house?

Well, lets see,I'm on here almost daily,so yes it comes up a lot. Wife thinks I need a hobby. I say this is my hobby. Kids are more than willing participants in any conversation involving Disney.I guess it's a sickness I passed on to them. I'm already planning our December 2017 trip.

Almost everyday! Especially as we get closer to! I'm just glad to be on the dis board where so many adults are just as obsessed! I had an old Co worker ask me "Why Disney? Why not a resort/beach?" wouldn't dream of going anywhere else,, dis obsessed and proud of it!! Fifth summer in a row going!! Can't wait!

A lot but my DH is tired of me talking about it. So he tells me after I tell him something, I can't mention Disney again for a few days : )
I still manage to sneak it in here and there!

Unless I bring it up, hardly ever. Kids really don't even mention it much (although they love to go), but DH wouldn't care if we never went back :(. Guess it's just as well....if I'd married a Disney guy or an old car guy, I'd be living in a cardboard box.

your not alone! we do the same thing - i think that we have replanned this vacation more in the past month than we did for our last vacation and i planned that for two years

I love that you are already planning your Star Wars Weekends trip for 2016. I am doing the same, and we just got back from going in March. I have been putting off other vacation planning that needs to be done for this Summer and Christmas:sad2:

I feel very lucky that DH fell in love with Disney as much as I am. He never went as a kid. I only went twice as a kid. Not going back before we had our son is one of my biggest regrets. Luckily, DS loves it too. Even better, he loves DCL.

Here is what I say. You have your clash of clans, candy crush, etc. At night my stress reflief is reading the blogs and planning my next vacation. No judgement here! In fact we regularly discuss the news at dinner.

I'm with you! I plan disney trips while my DH is playing games on his iPad or watching TV. I talk about disney almost daily with my 5 year old DD but try not to bring it up too much with DH. He already thinks I'm nuts, LOL.

Having just booked our second trip, we talk about it a lot! :p

But before we had it booked, before we knew for certain we'd be going back next year? A couple of times a week, I think. Either reminiscing about our trip or mentioning things we wanted to do on our next visit. Normally, I bring it up (I'm trying not to so much, as we've got a long wait and I don't want to annoy people with it too much!) but DH is always interested and joins in :)

:) - well, I have to have SOMETHING to do in between ADR reservation date and FP+ date!!! ;)

Going in Feb 2016. It's a surprise for the kids at this point. 10 of us going. I am the planner.

No one wants to hear from me yet. Wahhhhhh!!!!! So I keep researching, taking notes, I maybe even projected the heights (using growth charts) of the 3 kids to see what the littlest could ride. Obsessed? yes!!!

The kids ask maybe 2 times a week when we can go back. Kills me to not let them in on it yet (they will know a month prior).

It's very visible in our house, I always wear something disney to work - a watch, a ring, a necklace, earrings, a purse, a scarf - always something on my body that is Disney if I leave the house. I've always loved Tinkerbell since the days of WWoD when she would start the show so there are a number of discreet little tinks sitting around. There is a pretty little silver tinker bell sitting on a side table in our living room that if I'm feeling bad or sad my DH will pick up and ring and walk away, never saying anything just giving me some pixie dust. DH doesn't go, hasn't since he was a teenager but he is tolerant with my need to go and thankfully I've raised my son to love it so he is my travelling buddy.

I tried to get one of the party poopers in my house to talk Disney with me by opening with, "Free dining isn't available for the dates I'm going to Disney." I got, "You're an idiot for spending that kind of money to go there anyway" in response. This from someone who goes to Cancun every year and spends a boatload of cash. Why is my Disney vacation so different?

Not very often these days. Most of our current discussion is about our move to Florida this summer and what passes we should get once we get our residency.

My family is so tired of hearing it from me :teeth::teeth::teeth::teeth: I watch videos on youtube and my 8-year-old rolls her eyes and laughs at me. My husband also asks me if I am on "those boards" again. Yet he is completely obsessed with his World of Warcraft game but that is okay and we can't tease him about it. Double standard, right?:crazy::crazy:
