Our expire early May, we are going one more time before then probably wont be back till late september or Christmas is it worth to renew it or just buy new vouchers?

You get a 10% discount for renewing an AP.

Statistically if your next trip is more than a month away, don't renew.

Your decision to renew (or go with standard passes and don't even buy another AP) depends on your vacation schedule.

With park hopping, thirteen days in the theme parks within a year and an AP is better.

You are better off purchasing the passes again rather than renewing. When you renew, your new activation date is automatically the date your old pass expired. So your renewed pass would expire in early May 2006. You would do better to purchase them when you return later in the year.
