How much does it cost to park?

How much does it cost to park at the parks if we've rented a car and are staying off site? Also, if we move to a different park during the day, do we have to pay again or is it one fee per day?

The current cost is $10 per day (and it is a per-day cost, not a per-park cost). If you park-hop, you show your receipt at the booth in the other park where you'd pay the fee, and they will let you through.
