How much do your jeans cost?

My jeans range in price from around $60 to around $200.
My favorite jeans are from Arden B. those cost $118 and my size are rarely on sale.
I wear a LOT of jeans, and I'm tall and thin and it's important that my jeans are long enough and fit great, so I guess I have to pay the price.

I usually pay around $5 or $10 a pair. I love  consignment shops. Great brands, great condition, great price! What more could a girl ask for?

I had trouble finding a shop that carried my size but they opened a huge teen-oriented consignment shop in my area a while ago and now I'm in heaven. Yeah, it's embarrassing having to drag my 40-something butt into the teen store to buy my jeans, but they have a great selection in my size and the prices are fantastic for the condition of the clothes, so it's worth it!

Where do you people find this nice consignment/thrift shops? Every so often I read about the deals in these places and I drag myself to a few of our local shops and it's just darn scary.

I'm very small and it's hard to find jeans that fit right, BUT DH aunt is about the same size, and she buys her jeans new, wears them once or twice, then either gives them to me or I get them from her yard sale....Tommy jeans, $2 is fine for me!

I have a couple pair of Seven jeans and a pair of Paper, Demin and Cloth jeans that I love...

i'd like to know too! especially some around our area. when i was in upstate ny, i shoped almost exclusively at thrift stores. but around here i have also found them to be...wanting.

I bet I get flamed for this but I have spent $175 for a pair of Seven for all Mankind. I have 2 pairs in fact. I love them and will wear them forever.

Let the bashing begin.....

My favorite jeans are always Gap jeans, and I usually buy them when they're in the sale range of $29.95. There aren't many other brands (and I've tried lots) that come in a length long enough to fit me (6'0" tall).

I went with a friend last spring to a boutique jeans store with all the $100+ designer brands, and not a single one of them was long enough, so I couldn 't have bought them even if I were feeling extravagant. :guilty:

I wear Lee Relaxed Fit jeans, which are about the only jeans I've ever worn that actually account for the fact that a woman might actually have a narrow waist and "child bearing" hips. I can usually pick them up at J.C. Penney's or Kohls on sale for $25, although I seem to have much better luck just purchasing them off Kohls' website (J.C. Penney's doesn't carry them on their website -- silly not to carry something on your website that is a stock item in your stores).
You, my friend, have not yet discovered GAP's "reverse fit" jean. That's what I wore for years due to my hourglass figure...small waist and child-bearing hips! :) GREAT jeans! Before all this low-cut stuff got popular, they carried them in-store, but now you can only get them online.

I don't wear them now, as my hour-glass is a little bigger these days. So, I'm wearing the relaxed boot-cut jean from Lane Bryant...retails for $40, but I usually get them on sale for $25 or $30.

They just introduced "seven" jeans a couple weeks ago...they're like $90 so I won't be getting a pair. Wonder if it's the same brand everyone else was talking about, just in the larger sizes?

Ok teh most I have ever paid was about 210 for a pair but on average about 75-90 a pair.

The jeans that I am talking about are Seven for all Mankind jeans. I think their pricing starts at like...118. They're fabulous! You can see them at www.shopbop.com . Shopbop just had a fabulous sale on jeans too!

I do know that Express (or The Limited, I'm pretty sure it's Express though) has jeans called Seven that are around 60-90. Those are not Seven for All Mankind.

The Seven for all Mankind jeans are the one's I've been talking about (I just didn't type out the full name). They are in Marshalls right now for $79.99 but they are "last season's".

I don't think I have bought a pair of jeans in the last 3 years...but Ralph Lauren ones fit the best and the last pair I did buy was $59...I plan to buy lots of jeans once I get this darn baby weight off!

Oh Christine (Phantom of the Opera flashback) they have some at Nordstom's rack for like 50 bucks too. I picked up a few pairs, but only 79.99 at Marshall's? I've got go!

Tommy Hilfiger jeans are the only ones that fit me right. They are usually $49. I think they're a bit too expensive, but they do seem to last a long time and hold up well.
Same here. I can usually only find them at Strawbridge and now they're closing. I just took the kids to the outlet and bought two pair of Tommy jeans for $60. I thought that was a great deal.
