How much do you think to budget

Depends how many TS and where you are eatting.

We are 2 adults/1 child/1 infant for 7 days.

I figured out the total of what I think we will order using the menus on allears.net...

So I know that 18% of our total bills is about $135... so I am budgeting about $150 in case we have some servers we leave the 20% for

Our TS include:

Chef Mickey's Dinner
Crystal Palace Breakfast
Tony's Town Square Dinner
Tusker's Breakfast
Whispering Canyon Café Dinner
Ohana's Breakfast
LeCelliar Dinner
HollyWood & Vine Breakfast
Hoop Dee Doo Revue (Gratuity included here I believe)
Kona Café Breakfast
Liberty Tree Tavern Dinner
Cape May Breakfast

Like everywhere, tipping is based on service as a percentage of meal cost. Only you know what you will order. You can take a look at the menus and estimate based on that.

Hmm.... so you're figuring on a food total of $750? Hmmm.... I was figuring about that much for two adults, DN15 and DN11, for just four days. I guess that could match up.

We're a family of 5, but with only 4 of us using the ddp in November (dd is only 2). I made a spreadsheet of our ts meals and costs, figured 18% tip and for 7 nights/8 days our cost for tips is $101.00. So even with paying for the tips this year, it's still a savings with the plan of about $200.00

We have one adult and two juniors (adult prices). I figure our TS meals to be an average of $30/ea each night. We are there for four nights....so $90 x 4 =$360 and 18% of that is $64.80. So I am figuring $65 for our stay.

Thanks... I guess I will plan on about $275, I think our table service meals will end up being about $180 per ts, so that is arond $250, plus a few extra bucks for a great server.
Thanks!!!!

My husband and I have an agreement that I have to pay for Disney by cutting back on extra's this summer. So I am trying to figure out how much "spending", tip and booze money I will need to take with us.

I just did the calculation for our family of 5 adults (2 of them children who are "Disney adults"), 1 child. Based on the ressies I'm planning to make, the choices I think my family is likely to make there, and 18% gratuity, ours came to $225 for 7 days. You might be able to extrapolate from that, but it's really going to depend where you're eating, how much you're spending there and how much you tip.
