How much do you feel the ship "move"

We took the wonder over Easter break last year - very rocky - the waves were super high too, we almost missed CC but got in on our day at sea (2nd try).

We took the dream over Easter break this year - didn't even feel the ship move at all! Two factors - the waves were much much smaller, and the ship was much much bigger. It could have also been I was used to it

I felt a huge improvement in the dream over the wonder, although it may have had nothing to do with technology, it could have been wind. Bonine worked well on the wonder, we just took it every night regardless if we were feeling the motion or not.

Is the Med any more or less "rough" usually than the Atlantic? I felt dizzy on our Bahama cruise but Seabands made me right as rain.

Now my husband felt fine on the ship but gross for several days after, as others have mentioned.

I truly think it was the curtains moving in the theater that bothered me on the first night out of PC.
