And you people who just get the one day base ticket - what about the other days?

And do most of you just get base tickets, or parkhoppers, or what? Maybe I should change to base.

I have wondered this, too. I think some people use their annual pass and then use the 1 day ticket to upgrade to another annual pass? Is this correct? I was planning on park hoppers with water parks, too. I think the water parks and more feature is $50. If you only want to go to one water park, I think the day ticket is $39.99. I haven't even tried to call yet!

I was giving some thought to using our JetBlue credit and getting in on the free dining but looking at your numbers has convinced me not to. POR would cost $165 per night ($825), 1 day base tickets for 4 ($240), airfare $675.20 (with credit applied). Total: $1740 for 5 nights. In hurricane season. That's about $87 per day/per person. (USD, so about $100.CDN)

I can go the first week of Dec, stay 9 nights in an offsite condo and pay about $2800 Total. That's about $78 (CDN) per night, per person. More space, Christmas decorations, no crowds, and more importantly, no hurricanes!
