We bought a resale in 1996 -- 310 points at OKW for $48 pp. It included free park passes through 1999.

It was supposed to be $56 pp, but the sellers were in a messy divorce and were confused about how many banked points they had. Because we had signed a contract that included banked points, the sellers were in breach of contract and had to give us a sgnificant discount.

We got a great deal, and 10 years of DVC ownership has been absolutely magical!
