It was fun going to the Brown Derby for lunch with the girls, the appreciated the atmosphere, and I was glad we got a booth!

After seeing that mean face I'm almost afraid to post! That is the cutest mean face I've ever seen! HS looks so nice all decorated for Christmas. The Brown Derby tree was Ab Fab!

The Brown Derby was quite tasteful! We felt so classy! I'm glad you didn't let that mean faced girl scare you away!

Good looking group of boys!

Harper looks happy walking around at the bus stop. I know our little ones enjoy getting out of the strollers and moving around whenever they get the chance.

The boys look very cool and relaxed in that picture!
I know many times she got fed up with being in her stroller, but she is one that will just run off when she gets the chance so we had to be careful.

left an 'interesting' cheerleader over at our place. You wanna come and get her and bring her back over here? I think I heard her softly oinking to come home in the middle of the night. She might even let the mermaid borrow one of her cheerleading outfits. At least they do cover up some things!

I'm sorry Keeley was less than cooperative for Tusker House and the adult beverage. Just let her know she'll have plenty of time for that - and a time will come when she'll go to the store to buy wine and they won't card her, and she'll wish they would.

It was fun having Harper there with us! Keeley was better off sleeping in that morning, we were all less miserable that way!

Awwww...Harper has such an adorable mean face LOL!!! WOW I'm in love with that tree...those ornaments are fabulous! What a great idea to do with old classic Hollywood dames!!! Hmmm...Hollywood Brown Derby...I wish I was eating there right now...cobb salad sounds delightful!

Harper's mean face is adorable. As is the picture of the girls kissing Bo. We're turning him into his own attraction. I fully expect next time I visit there will be a line in order to spend time with him!

That balcony on the Avenue of Americas was too cute. I just love how I notice new things every time I go! The street facades at the Studios at and the housefronts in Liberty Square at MK are some of my favorite theming details.

(Of course, once I get my pretrip report started, I may have some other surprises up my sleeve that could lead to more trips, but those are your choices for now!! I vow one day we're going to eat Cobb Salads together! )

DVC ? for you: Since I've been seriously considering a DVC purchase, I've considered renting points. Is it relatively safe? Also, where do you recommend buying?

I think it's safe to rent, we have done it twice before. Try renting from the DIS site.

As far as a purchase, there are two thoughts, one is to buy where you want to stay.
The other is to buy where you can get the most points.

When you own points at a resort you have booking privileges 11 months out. You can book at the other resorts at 7 months out. So there may not be availability. That is the advantage of ownership. Sometimes though it's not a big deal.

The larger resorts like Old Key West and Saratoga Springs almost always have availability.

Then there is deciding if you want to buy directly from Disney or from resale. I say buy resale. Your money will go much farther...
I like Timeshare Store.

I let the kids eat lunch in the room with me. It wasn't a bad day. It is nice that tomorrow is Friday, though. If we go to school five days next week, and we will, we will be worn out by Thursday!
