Last year it was only about $20. $465 to $485 for a regular AP.

The issue this year is that the price went up $20 and the DVC discount went down $24, resulting in a $44 increase before taxes, $47 increase after taxes. Ouch!

Disney is in the business of selling happiness. That's not quite the same as "Disney wants us to all be happy."

Boy I hate to say it, buying DVC to have access to discounted AP's was a big reason for our family. Disney is pricing us right to Universal's gates.
