How much Christmas will we see by Nov 26?

We are staying from Nov 21-26. Friends had told us that the Christmas happens overnight on Thanksgiving. But the more I read, it seems they won't really start until the 27th. I was really hoping we'd get to see the best of both worlds this trip. (BTW, its all of our first WDW experience!)

THis will be our 3rd consecutive Thanksgiving at WDW---we leave TOMORROW!! The past 2 years decorations have been up when we arrived!!

A whole lot and then some ...The Christmas decorations are already up. They did them earlier than usually this year. So your entire trip will be with Christmas decorations.

MGM is already running the Hollywood Holly-day Parade at 3:30 daily as well as the Osbourne Family Spectacle of Lights, which begins around 6pm until park close. AK is also running their Christmas Parade as well, Mickey's Jingle Jungle Parade, at 3:45 daily. The Country Bear Jamboree at MK has already switched over to their Christmas show and The Festival of the Seasons will be also going on at Downtown Disney With visits from Santa Claus from 5-10pm daily (through the 24th and noon-10pm starting Nov 25-Christmas Eve.)

These are just some of the Holiday offerings that I know of off the top of my head. Sorry you will get the full Holiday WDW for your stay...
