Interestingly enough, I found out that I had actually lost 31 pounds in the last 14 months. I rejoined WW, and was shocked when they said I had lost 26 pounds ( that was Thursday )... I lost another 5 since then... Eating well, and walking every single day. Waled for an hour today.
On the big plus side, my blood sugars have already shown that they are coming down... like 50 points on average.
