About how much do Maintenance fees increase each year?

Does anybody have actual figures for the last several years at BWV?

Thanks.

At SSR, my fees actually decreased between last year and this year. (I now pay about $52 per month, but I don't remember what it was last year).

How many points do you have?

Hmmm...since SSR rates went up from 2005 to 2006, why did my payments go down?

I looked back and was paying ~$63/month last year, and $52/month this year...

I would assume you purchased last year, and by the time they got you all set up, they divided the dues by the number of month remaining.

Just a guess.

"Sure, Granny. I'll see your dues table and raise you a percent increase table!" :teeth:

Nice link, Lisa. It's now in my favorites! :)
I can take credit for the link but not for the website. I believe it is from DISboard member robinb. It is in my favorites, too. Or at least it was. My laptop died last week... :sad1:

Taxes are also part of the equation.. Last year my dues increased about 10 percent when taxes were included. I think I paid about $1100 for my 270 points at OKW when I bought in 95 the dues were about $800. So the dues may show less than 5 percent on table given but the taxes are another story. Over the years this past year has been by far the largest increase in dues for me.

That's a good point. They make a guesstimate of the property taxes when they announce the dues for the next year. If the actual property taxes are higher than the guesstimate, they add the difference to the amount due the following January.
