How much annual leave do you get a year.

12 days vac., 40 hours per year sick, 24 hours personal (we can roll over a max. of 40 hours per year between sick & personal-- so you could technically have 80 hours per year of sick). No rollover for vac. though-- use it or lose it. 7 paid holidays.

DH accumulates time so he's always got plenty. I think right now between sick and vacation he's probably looking at 12.5 weeks of leave. No fair!!!

I get 20 vacation days and 2 personal days which cannot be carried to the next year, and no formal sick days. However in 2 months I will retire and every day will be a vacation day. That is until I will need a part time job to pay the soaring NJ property taxes.

40 days (just called "leave": not specified as to vacation, personal, or sick) plus 11 state holidays.

Hi everyone!

I get 4 weeks, 5 personal days, 11 paid holidays and as far as illness first week sick days after that disability and I could stay out for 52 weeks at full pay if needed. Unfortunately, hit the 366th day and goodbye job!

My DD get 3 weeks, 5 personal days, 11 paid holidays and I am not sure about his sick policy. I know you can be out at least a week with no problems (he was only out once with the flu).

Wouldn't it be great if we could all just work enough to make money to visit Disney whenever we wanted to & take off whenever we wanted too...........Dreams..................

DH works at a State University so instead of high pay he gets lots of time off. 36 days yearly plus a day at Spring Break, day after Thanksgiving, day after Christmas and a handful of regular holidays. With a young family, the great time off is worth more to us than a higher paycheck. What good would the money be if we couldn't go to WDW together?

I am a stay-at-home Mom so I NEVER get a day off...

I work at a bank. I get 5 weeks plus 6 holidays.
