My DD14 made this for fundraising for a trip she is taken this summer.

The basket is on a silver serving tray, it contains:

1 linen napkin
1 hot cocoa cup (snowman)
1 tin Starbucks cocoa mix
1 fleese blanket
1 Starbucks chocolate beans in a mini ceramic cup
1 tin Pepperidge Farms mint choc pitouette cookies
1 $5.00 scratch ticket
1 cone made of hot choc and marshmellow
1 small tim Starbucks mints
1 Starbucks chocolate
2 bakery cookies, gingerbread man, snowflake

wrapped in shrink wrap tied with a bow, a bell ornament and 2 bakery cookies. It is Christmas theme.

Total cost is $59.00.

Raffle will be at local womens gym. What do we sell the tickets for? We need to make a profit, so $1.00 won't do. There are about 30 people available to buy them. Some may buy more since they know her well.

TIA I do not know what to charge?

 Is this for a fundraiser for a group your daughter is a member of or is your DD just trying to make money for a trip of her own?

I forgot to mention she is 14. It is just for her own trip. It is with an organization but they don't fundraise as a group. The cost of the trip is HUGE and she is trying to help pay some of it. We are paying for it and she is trying to do her part to pay some too.

edited to add: 3 bakery cookies, gingerbreadman, snowman and candycane.

I wouldn't pay more than $3 each/2 for $5

Is there anywhere else besides the gym where you could sell the tickets? 30 people isn't very many ~ what percentage do you think will by at least one?

Go with a set amount of tickets, so the buy knows what their chances really are.

I'm thinking 30 or 60 tickets. $3.00 a ticket or 2 tickets for $5.00.
Possible maxium $90 with 30 single tickets or $150 with the 60 double.

Good luck!!

Not sure. But it is more about the effort she is putting in trying to help pay for the trip, and this is her first try. I think we can do our hairdressers too, if this works out. She has 7 months to do it.

we do a basket raffle at school... we sell the tickets 1.00 each of 6 for 5.00.. in one evening(2 hours) we raised over 250.00 from just the parents that came in for the music concert. One basket had over 150.00 worth of stuff in it...and it sold a lot of tickets..
