How many will be at your Thanksgiving table this year?

Just found out that my basketball player DS WILL be home for Thanksgiving so there will be 7 of us.........8 counting my Mom's dog who sits dutifully right next to the table the whole meal just hoping something drops!!!

Well, we're all going to my mom's house, including my inlaws, so altogether there will be about 21 of us.

I'm the youngest of my 5 brothers and sisters, but somehow the least flakiest.

So...I am hosting Thanksgiving this year for about 25 people. I usually wind up doing it.

Let's see......for our first celebration which will take place tomorrow, about 200. ( we are having a community celebration since we are all so far away from home.) On Thanksgiving day DH and I have declined invitations to go out and are staying home, so there will be 3 of us.

Eleven for dinner and of course, the beagle will be SO excited and will try to sneak into the kitchen when we are eating.

I have learned the hard way to put the turkey way in the back of the counter cuz he's a little jumper boy.

Counting all the kids (and babies) we will be between 28-34 depending on who finally shows up. (I married into a family of 8 kids, and there are lots of kids at this point.)

It's usually just DH and I at Boston Market, but this year we may have a third and might do Cattle Company instead. I hate where we live - three years and NO friends other than DH's one. Sigh...

I know it is late, but we have not decided yet. We are not sure if we are going to my family or travelling to a friends (MD).

Thanksgiving is always at my house (one of these days I will be so happy when one of my siblings or one of my inlaws decides to step up to the plate and offer their home!). It will be my sister and her family, my brother and his family, my bachelor brother and whomever he is dating this week, my grandmother and her boyfriend, my best friend and her family, and two guys that I used to work with that are from India and without a place to go on Thanksgiving. They have become like family and always join us on Thanksgiving. So, that makes 14 adults, and 10 kids. Looking forward to it, even though its always a lot of work -- I'm so glad I have a big family to share holidays with.

We're having Thanksgiving at our house and there will be 9 of us- my parents, my husband's parents, my older sister and her husband, my younger sister, and my husband and I. It's my first Thanksgiving, so I'm a little bit nervous about it!

Somewhere between 15 and 19 people. My DH bought a 25 lb turkey because last year we ended up with no leftovers! I just finished some baking, and I'll be back at it tomorrow

There will be 11 of us that I know of. If I want something good, I'll have to bring it. lol So, I'll be cooking something if I don't have to work the night before.

Hmmm, maybe I'll fix it this weekend and freeze it.
