How Many Tolls Can We Expect?

We will be renting a car for our trip in November. How many tolls can we expect and how much should we expect to pay? We don't have toll roads here where we live, so we have no idea. So, any advice is appreciated.
We will be going from POR to Universal and back. Then, from POR to Port Canaveral and then back to MCO.

You shouldn't have any tolls from POR to Universal. But you will on your way to and from the coast. It's been awhile since I drove that way but the expressway authority has a toll calculator that may help you, depending on your route.

Starting & Ending Road in both directions will be the Beachline.
POR to the Port will be eastbound from I-4 to SR520.
Port to MCO will be westbound from SR520 to SR436.
