can you make a change to a reservation before MS wants to hurt you? Does anyone normally make several changes to one reservation? I just realized the other day that when I moved our trip up a week and there was no availability at VWL for the week that there probably was for the weekend. I'm almost afraid to call MS back again to check. Don't want to be to much of a pain in the rear!

While I'm sure there have been times when MS wanted to reach thru the phone and choke me, I've always escaped without injury.

They have always been most gracious when changing reservations or points for me....and I've made many changes over the years. Just make sure to let them know how appreciative you are of their efforts and they'll bend over backwards to help you.

In some cases of exceptional service, I've asked to speak to their supervisor to offer praise for a job "above and beyond". The surprise in their voice when I've asked to speak to a supervisor always makes me know how much they appreciate a little praise!

Unless you get the same person everytime you call, I don't see why someone would want to hurt you!!! But I know how you feel, sometimes I feel like they think I am stupid for asking some, ok stupid, questions. That is one reason I love these boards. One thing to remember, without your calls in to make and change ressies, they have no job!!!

Thanks. I was beginning to feel guilty about calling them. I have had so much come up recently to change things it is unbelieveable. And to think a couple of weeks ago I had posted about finding the downside of DVC ownership as not having anything left to do before my trip. I should have known better!
