How many times you....

I shampoo and condition every other day. I can stretch it to 3 days if I absolutely need to but it starts to get oil by the end of day 3.

I shampoo/condition more frequently in the summer and in Disney when I get sweaty.

Stick straight blonde hair- I have to wash it everyday. I don't condition often- my hair doesn't need it. At least I think it doesn't.

I wash my hair at least once per week, but rarely more than twice in a week. It really just doesn't need it any more than that. If I do wash it more frequently, I end up with so much frizz, no amount of conditioning will cure it.

I also MUST wash my hair once a day.. I condition 4 times a week

If I've recently colored my hair, or given myself a good blowout or flat-iron, I can stretch it to every other day. I do have dry hair but I can't go longer than that or it gets limp and I feel like I can smell unwashed hair. After I've had my color a couple weeks I go back to daily shampoo and conditioner. If i rinsed then conditioned only, my scalp would itch like crazy.

I shampoo and condition my hair every other day or every third day. My hair is bright pink and washing and conditioning it everyday would make the dye fade a lot faster.

Ugh, my hair is so fine and thin that I MUST shampoo every day. Every morning I wake up, my hair is a messy pit of grease that looks like I haven't washed it in a week. :sad2:

I don't use conditioner...I find that it weighs my hair down (making it flatter than it already is), and also makes it look oily a lot faster.

Even though I am sahm, I wash and condition my hair everyday. My hair is actually on the dry side. I just wouldn't feel right if I didn't shower and wash my hair each day. I use a Humectrant conditioner(sorry that is probably spelled wrong) on my hair. I like it much better then reagular conditioners. My hair is thick and wavy. If I didn't wash it everyday, I would spend too much time trying to tame it down each morning. It is easier just to start fresh each morning.;)

2X per week for me. It's on the dry side & doesn't need it more often than that. I don't cut my hair (it's around butt-length) & I wear it up every day in some variation of a bun or twist.

It's easy to twist it up & stick a chopstick in it to take a shower without getting it (too) wet.

I shampoo and condition 6 times a week. My hair is oily, so it gets really oily esp during the summer. I love it during the winter though, for some reason it doesn't get as oily, plus it's shiny too during the winter....sigh...if I didn't live in a region that's hot and humid about 8 months out of the year...

every day. drives me nuts if I don't.

I have very dry, course, curly hair. I rinse and condition every day, but usually only shampoo every third day. If I had a special occasion where I really put a lot of product in my hair (especially hairspray), I will shampoo two days in a row, because it is hard to get hairspray out without shampooing. My hairdresser says I shouldn't shampoo more than two times a week because of my type of hair.

I wash my hair almost every day. Some days, if I wash it late in the day, I might skip the next day and then wash it early on the third day. I condition a couple times a week.

Wash my hair every day. Use conditioner once or twice a week. Blow dry everyday. I couldn't stand to not wash my hair everyday.

I usually shampoo and condition my hair every other day (sometimes every third day). Obviously if I get hot or sweaty, I will wash my hair regardless of when I last washed it. My hair would probably take at least 4 or 5 days before it got the slightest greasy look near the roots, maybe longer?

I have a friend who claims that she can't go any longer than 24 hours without shampooing her hair. I thought she was just saying this because that's what she likes to do, but it really is true. Her hair is on the thicker side and looks fairly dry, so I thought it would take a while to get greasy. But she has stayed at my house several times and literally at about the 24 hour mark from when she last showered her hair looks very greasy and dirty. It was very strange to me.

I shampoo every other day. I don't use conditioner because it makes my hair greasy, but I will spray leave in conditioner on the ends.

I have baby fine, oily hair. I shampoo everyday and condition about once a month. If I condition it more than that, it's way too heavy and flat. If I don't shampoo everyday, it's weighed down with oils and looks greasy.
