How many times you....

My hair, which is naturally curly, dry, and thick, does much better if I shampoo/conditioner every other day. Obviously, though, if I'm working out daily or something it gets washed daily. For those of us with dry hair, though, washing daily can strip far too many of the natural oils from your hair and make things much worse.

I have to wash every morning- my hair gets too oily and lies flat against my head if I don't. I only condition once every 10 days or so- and then only on the ends. I have highlights (and need to start overall coloring soon!), so I do use a "treated/colored hair" shampoo and conditioner.

I don't blowdry every day- only blow it dry about twice a week, but do put gel and hairspray in every day. I have a big problem with my hair laying too limp and flat to my head- I still have that 80's big hair mindset. I can't have flat hair- it must have at least a little "oomph" and lift, at least around the crown.

I shampoo every day. My hair would be disgusting and oily if I didn't. I rarely condition, I guess I should more often though.

Everyday! I have naturally curly hair but if I take the time to straighten it (a few times a year) I can make it last a few days.

I will occasionally skip a day, if my hair looks OK and I don't have anything big goign on that day, but that's about it.

Otherwise, I am an every day girl.

I have very thick, somewhat dry, long hair. I used to be a wash/condition every day type of girl. This past year I have been experimenting with washing every 2 or 3 days. Surprisingly, my hair usually looks better the 2nd or 3rd day. Who knew? I do shower every day.

I'm an every dayer. I don't shampoo/conditon though, I use Wen cleansing conditioner. I do it almost every day, sometimes every other day. The days I skip are because I didn't go anywhere or do anything. If I work out, I wash it again. And I usually plan when I am skipping a day. If I have a really early morning, or if I am planning to do a pony tail and clean house, then I will skip a cleansing. But most likely, I will do it every day. Especially since I shower daily, and the humidity in the shower usually makes my hair go crazy.

I kept seeing the infomercial and knew I needed the product. I wanted to hear from people who used it before I order it, but couldn't find anyone I personally knew. So I checked all the websites about it to see what people thought and found a few people who claimed to have my type of hair and loved the product. But took me forever to finally decide to order it. I finally did a few months back, and I love it.

I could tell a difference right away. It wasn't the amazing difference that I saw in the informercial, but there was a great improvement. And the more I have used it, the better my hair looks.

I color my hair every 8 weeks or so. Last week was about week 4 for me, and I had people asking if I just had it done since my hair looked so good. It really keeps the color now and its super shiney and soft.

I use the sweet almond mint. I was thinking of trying another one, but I'm not sure which. But the sweet almond mint is good for all types. It works for mine. And I use the deep conditioner about once a week and the styling creme as well.

Hope that answers it for you.
