How many times did you eat at the same restaurant during one trip to WDW?

Last month and earlier this month during my recent stay at the Boardwalk Inn my Dad and I went a total of 7 times to eat at the ESPN Club. Now since we were staying there it wasn't far for us to get there, plus we happen to think they have a great menu and we would always go around 10:00 PM and that meant no waiting for a table. Even during the LSU/Oregon game this past Saturday when they had a line up outside to get in. Finally the fact they don't accept ADR's is another reason that makes it easier to go there, at least that's my opinion.

So I am wondering what is the most amount of times on one single tip to Walt Disney World where you went the same Table Service Restaurant more then one time?

Like ESPN club but:confused3 on our last trip in October liked to never talked my sister into Kona's grill but finally:cheer2: then had a free night and she wanted to go there again as it was so good so we did. but generally each TS is a different place each trip and will be 12 days from now for our next trip:dance3: another good place is Boardwalk grill that would be close. also Cape May in Beach Club all fairly easy to get into:cool1:

While staying in the Beach Club, I went to the Cape May breakfast and dinner during the same trip. Otherwise, I've never repeated. I could repeat the Chefs de France lunch and GF Cafe breakfast.

Good question!

I'm a big fan of Epcot and also love sushi as my main meal so per trip I hit up Tokyo Dining at lunch before we head out to do our afternoon parks or whatever. I eat there at least twice and as many as half a dozen times on a 12 day trip. (no ADR, just walk in at lunch time)

We have also eaten at the Brown Derby twice on one week vacation.

I can see why you'd do ESPN so often, what with how convenient it is to that area. We had avoided ESPN for years but when we finally tried it we were so pleasantly surprised how good the food was!

We went to Kouzzina for dinner twice our last trip. We had the one ADR originally and liked it so much that we made another ADR for later in the trip. We're planning on going twice our next trip as well.

We like trying a variety of places so we don't usually end up eating at the same place more than once a trip.

In the past 2 trips, and this upcoming one, the most is twice.

Both 2009 and 2010 it was Maya Grill at CSR, where I was staying. 2009 was both dinner, 2010 was one of each.

This year, I'll be doing Kona twice, in two days. Breakfast one morning, Dinner the next. I'll also be doing Tusker House twice (almost forgot!), once for breakfast with Mom, once for lunch by myself.

Now, repeating between trips, of course. I try and split it up about 50/50 between the meals I've been to and those I haven't (counting those places where lunch and dinner are identical as the same meal). For instance, this year, out of 19 reservations (10 days on DxDDP), I'm doing 11 new meals, with 4 of those being repeat restaurants (from previous trips).

We usually don't repeat, but our first time trying 50s Prime Time was so enjoyable, both food and atmosphere, we got a reservations for later in the trip and enjoyed it a second time. That's the only time, though. Now, CS is a different story. We could eat at Flametree and CHH every day with no problem!

I've ate at Cape May 4 times in one trip and 3 times at Chef Mickey's. All breakfasts and because we were staying at the hotel they are in so its easy since we like a full sit down breakfast in the mornings.

Boma is our favorite for breakfast for our upcoming trip in November it will be three times 2 breakfast and 1 dinner.

Just back from 2 weeks at wdw
We ate at sci fi 3 times (great vegetarian pasta dish there) and at coral reef twice (great grilled salmon)
We would have gone to rose and crown again for the yummy salmon but we didn't have a chance

When we have been there for 2 week trips, we have eaten at Ohana twice, 50s twice and WCC 3 times. Like you, we have eaten at ESPN several times, on one trip in particular while staying at BW.

We have actually done the same TS more than once during our trip. That will change next week though as we have Crystal Palace booked for breakfast on 9/13 and a late lunch on 9/16.

Except for breakfast at our resort food court, we have never eaten at the same place more than once during a trip. With all the different restaurants at WDW, I see no reason to do so.

We usually do a variety of TS while we are there. This trip we will be doing Kona twice and Ohana for breakfast and dinner (DH is determined to make this split stay thing work!).

We do eat at some places on every trip, though...

We tried ESPN on our last stay at BW and really enjoyed it. We will definitely be going back for the Bananas Foster Cream Pie!!! And I have to say that our service was excellent, and DS still talks about his "special treatment!"

I agree. There are way too many great places to eat to waste 7 meals on something like ESPN Club. Our biggest challenge is always narrowing it down to one per night. We still want to to many more,

I don't think we've ever visited the same sit-down restaurant more than twice during the same trip, and when we do, it's for two different meals (breakfast and lunch, for instance).

Well I should have also mentioned we weren't on the Disney Dining Plan, so we didn't have to worry about making different ADR's for everyday. Basically I don't feel we wasted 7 meals going there.

It has nothing to do with being on the DDP or not. Anyone who chooses can make an ADR at any time.
We love eating in WDW. We especially love the International variety at WS in Epcot. There are many, many wonderful restaurants we do not experience at home.
I can go to a sports bar in almost any city in the US.
To eat 7 meals in one, while ignoring the wonderful, unique variety of restaurnts in WDW is a waste to me.
Obviously you have narrow tastes and if you enjoyed it, that is great. We love to do more than that, and I would never choose to eat at ESPN (or anywhere else in WDW) 7 times in one trip.

We've done Le Cellier more than once per trip and Boma more than once per trip (always dinner)... if my kids had their way we'd eat at Teppan Edo every other night.

As far as counter service goes... we always do Earl of Sandwich more than once, Sunshine Seasons more than once, Columbia Harbor House at least once, breakfast at Captain Cook's more than once (gotta have that Tonga Toast!)

We always do 'Ohana once for dinner and then again for breakfast. Other than that the only other repeated place is sometimes the CS at our resort or Cosmic Ray's.
