Thank you!!! As much as she wants to do it, life has gotten in the way a few times. She’ll have two or three chances by the time she’s able to apply. If she can make it through WBI then she’ll be good. I feel like the things that have gotten in the way are steering her to her to the time that will be best. I believe DCP will be part of her story at the right time!

My dd applied 3x and finally was accepted. Her roomie was accepted on her 4th time app'ing.

If you make it through the phone interview are you pretty much guaranteed a spot in the program? My daughter applied, did the web interview and had her phone interview on 1/17 and has heard back nothing. Do people get denied after going through the entire interview process? Any insight would be great!

Making it past the phone interview is a great sign. If you are still in consideration 24 hours after the interview, they are most likely just deciding where you can be placed. Most people I know who were not offered a spot after the phone interview had only put interest in one or two roles that were not in high demand, which therefore fill up very quickly.

I think there is a great chance for acceptance if you make it through the PI. However, my dd's roomie made it through the PI on her 3rd app and was NLIC'ed on the very last day. She had her PI 2 mos before! My dd and she had already become friends by then and this girl was just devastated (and I was a little ticked at Disney!). So, unfortunately, it does happen but I think those situations are not common. At least I hope not cause that was just mean!

I applied for two different programs and was accepted into both. As long as you do well during the phone interview there shouldn't be any concerns!
