I'm very excited to be bringing 20 Girl Scouts camping at Disney World in early October! We've been saving our cookie money for years. :)

Can someone verify for me if a single campsite can fit a 10-person tent plus an additional 4 person tent? (We wouldn't have more than 10 people sleeping on site.. this is just the tent sizes. For example, 8 girls in the 10 person tent plus 1-2 adults sleeping in a 4 person tent on each site.

I think 2 tents are allowed, but only 10 people per site. Saw that you will only have 10, so you should be fine with 2 tents.

jenn,

To make sure you can fit two tents, I'd recommend reserving 2 TENT sites and request the 2000 loop. It has bigger sand pads for tents (generally speaking) than the other TENT loop, 1500

I would also suggest after you make your reservation that you call the WDW ressie number and add the size of your tents as a note on the reservation. You stand a better chance of getting a site that will handle both tents if you provide the information ahead of time for a CM to see.

There is a 10-person limit per site (you have to provide a name of all people on the site - or best guess at this point).

I camped at the Fort a LONG time ago as a Boy Scout so thanks for taking the girls outside for the night (or two).

Be Prepared!
