I'd like to book 2 rooms using my AP discount. Can I book both with my AP, or will I need to use mine for 1 and DH's AP for the other? Thanks!

You can book up to 3 rooms at the same resort.

I think, but am not 100% sure, that this might have changed :confused3

I tried "search" and of course can't find the post that talked about it, but checking mousesavers it says:

You can book one room per adult Annual Pass. You can book with a valid Annual Pass, an exchange voucher or with the intent to purchase an Annual Pass, as long as you present a valid Annual Pass or exchange voucher upon check-in.

and allears says:

If I am an AP holder, can I book more than one room at the AP rate?

Not any longer. It is now one discounted room per passholder.

Hopefully someone else who recently booked using their AP can advise if this is still in effect :cutie:

oops. I replied at the same time you posted. I guess I will find out tomorrow when I book our rooms. I'll report back to let you all know. Thanks!

Someone last week reported that they booked multiple rooms with their AP and even called back and was told that that was okay. But I agree, it was my understanding that they changed it to 1 room per AP about 3 or so years ago.

Perhaps they have changed it back?

If I recall correct, AP guests use to be able to book 3 rooms.
Last year that went to 1, from 3.
This year it is back to 3.

Thanks for the replies! I was able to book the two rooms I needed both with the QSDP using just my AP. The CM told me up to 3 rooms under 1 AP as long as they were all in the same resort and the same timeframe.

The first time I called the CM said that the passholder rate for a standard room at POR was $190/night plus tax, which I knew was wrong, because online I was getting $123.50/night plus tax, and $190 is what is listed as rack rate on allears.net. Anyway, I told her I would need to think about it, and called back. The second CM got me both rooms at $123.50/night plus tax just like the onlin quote.

The first CM was trying to tell me I needed to be in the preferred section at POR because I was booking two rooms and it was the only way to get them near each other. We only needed a 1 night reservation since we are checking into OKW on points the next day. The CM then told me that what I really needed to do was book on cash at OKW so that I wouldn't have to move. I told her that OKW on cash would be out of my budget, as we just decided to drive down a day early at the last minute. It was the first time I actually felt like I was getting a hard sell to upgrade.

When in doubt, call back and get another CM on the phone.
