I always thought the resorts were an important part of any trip.

How many different ones have you stayed at that are Disney owned? So no Shades of Green or any of those by Downtown Disney. Swan and Dolphin are OK.

All Star Movies
Dixie Landings/Port Orleans Riverside
Port Orleans French Quarter
Caribbean Beach Resort
Wilderness Lodge
The Contemporary
The Polynesian

Grand Floridian
Polynesian
Contemporary
Villas at Wilderness Lodge
Golf Resort (now SOG)
Yacht Club
Beach Club Villas
Boardwalk Villas
Animal Kingdom Lodge

but in 2005 I'll add Wilderness Lodge, Boardwalk Villas, and Beach Club Villas. :cool1:

See below. So far, CS is my fave. I'm hoping AKL will change that soon!

GF - 2
Poly - 1
BC - 1
CBR - 3
OKW - 6
DxL (now POR) - 1
BWV - 6
CSR - 1
POFQ - 1

I've stayed at 5:

Ft. Wilderness Cabins
All Star Music
Boardwalk
Caribbean Beach
Polynesian

and I'll be trying Pop in May!

All Stars Music
All Stars Movies
POR
OKW
Wilderness Lodge
Fort Wilderness Campgrounds Cabins

I've stayed at:
Old Key West
Port Orleans Riverside (also stayed there when it was Dixie Landings)
Caribbean Beach
All-Star Sports

So, only 4, but I'm just happy to go to WDW. :D

so far 4:
All Star Music in 1996
Wilderness Lodge in 2001 and 2004
PO/FQ in 2002
Caribbean Beach in 2004

and 2005 I'll be adding:
Pop
Beach Club
(and a 3rd stay at WL)

so after Aug that will be 6 - value, moderate and deluxe

My goal was to stay at a different resort each trip. I don't know if that will ever happen as I just switched my next trip from CSR (haven't been before) back to POR (which I LOVE). I'm justifying this by requesting the Bayou section this time - already did the mansions. :cool1:

Wilderness Lodge (loved it!)
Contemporary (very convenient!)
Yacht Club (loved it!)
Grand Floridian (my favorite so far!)

We will be checking out:
Port Orleans French Quarter (July)
Polynesian (September)

:cool1:

love staying at different resorts

so far

wl
poly
port orleans
DL
dolphin
BWV
Y&B

and if anyone wondering least favorite Y&B,,,,favorite tied with poly concierge and WL....but WL is for sentimental reasons..kids were little then and tremendous memories.

recent favorite is BWV...find it so convenient for MGM and epcot..now that my sweethearts are 14 and 15, they like Epcot and MGM the most.

I believe everything changes with time and your the resort you loved most today will change 5 yrs from now

anyone else agree?
