On our last trip we took those really cheapy ones from Walmart figuring we could just throw them away after using them. They were horrible so thin and clinging to you we ended up getting wet anyway. Next time it rained we bought the Mickey ponchos at the parks and so we will be taking them back to reuse this time, they are much nicer.

I agree that the cheap ones are too clingy!!! They drive me crazy! I get a lot hotter in the disposable ones. I bought some ponchos at Walmart for around $5 last year and used them on our fall trip. It rained almost every night, and I stayed comfortable in them. (Of course, one night while watching Fantasmic, it started pouring and I had forgotten them. It took forever to get to the bus, then the bus had its air conditioning full blast. I was so miserable! Never will I forget to pack my poncho!!!) My sons won't wear ponchos. They just want to get wet. My husband will use the disposable ones. Oh well, fine with me, it makes packing them into the park easier!

We used some from Walmart - cost about 4 or 5 dollars each - yellow. We were there this past May when it rained record amounts - we used them every day, some days practically all day - and they lasted great !! We dried them by hanging them in our rooms, and they fit back into the little carrier just fine. I would probably have kept them and used them again next year, but I was so sick of the sight of them, I threw them away as soon as I got home
