How many points needed for March 27-31, 2006 Boardwalk Studio?

DH and I are looking into staying March 27-31, 2006. We have rented points from a member in the past and will be staying at OKW in October 2005.

We would like to take a trip in March (my birthday! ) and would like to rent a BW studio.....

How many points would I need? Does anyone have one available? What is the price per point?
