How many pictures do you take?

On all three trips to the world I have averaged about 500 pics. Some are duplicated trip to trip but I take them anyway.

I love to take photos, and I average about 400+ pictures a day w/ a digital camera. I have earned a nickname for taking pictures: Phyllis the Photographer. :rotfl: My favorite attraction to take photos of is Kilomanjaro Safari.

I took a box of ten films with me last year. Put a new film in for each park plus keeping a separate one for around the villa and another for the journey out etc.
The danger is that you only see Florida through a viewfinder if you are not carefull.

I know what you mean. I plan on using another tip or part of a tip from what someone posted. They called it a childs view perspective and it was filmed in strollers by their 9 and 10 year olds. I plan on asking my oldest four to take turns videoing and my mom said she would learn so she could help. There will be 10 of us and 8 of us will be able to film.

Thanks for responding. Did you feel like you were taping alot and not seeing much?

The camera shops in the parks will download & burn to CD, but they charge $12.99 per CD. If you have a vehicle it will be much cheaper to go to Walgreens ($2.99/CD). Have fun!!!

Okay - thanks! Actually we're avoiding doing a car this time. $12.99 isn't too bad....how far is Walgreens?

we took about 100 pics per day during our trip. My DH has a cord/cable (not quite sure what it is :goodvibes ) that every night he would hook up the digital camera to his laptop and download the pictures, that way we had a totally clear memory stick for the next day. Hope this helps!

I just got a new battery & external charger on ebay for about $18. My camera uses the InfoLithium battery which lasts a nice long time, but still I figured it would be nice to have an extra one all charged and ready with me just in case.

I also have a Digital Camera that takes a special kind of battery, that has to be recharged... I don't know if you have a BJ's Wholesale club near you.... but great price on these items (Walmart $24.99 , BJ's $10.99) !
After reading all these threads!!! I am going to get atleast 1 more to add to my 2 I already have!!!! :earsboy:

Well I am a dinosaur..I still have a 35 mm camera which takes such good pic's. I take at least a roll per day (36 shots) sometimes 2 depending on the park. We also video everything like the first walk up main street, character meals, & fireworks..& all the rides! For a week long trip I usually have around 10 rolls (360 pictures). I would take more if I had a digital.

What's fun about digital is you pick out your best to scrap or photo album and the rest that you like and can't part with, but you don't need it in the album make excellent pictures for a slide show or movie show. You just burn them to a cd.
